A senior team of five, registered in the UK, working across Europe.

We are mostly invisible. Some of our work appears under our name, some under partner agencies who needed senior delivery they did not have in-house. In either case, the work and the discipline are the same. Pharma, manufacturing, financial services, hospitality — sectors where precision and compliance are not features to pitch.

No preferred stack. A team that knows enough stacks to choose the right one — and the discipline to say when the right one is the inconvenient one for us.

Same for methodology. Agile when Agile fits, waterfall when waterfall fits, hybrid otherwise. The project decides. We have learned that methodology becomes identity in many engineering teams, and we have learned to push back when that happens.

AI is in our toolkit. It is not in our methodology, and it is not in our deliverables as a feature in its own right.

We use it to read documentation faster, to draft, to test, to surface what would otherwise take hours. We do not use it to replace the judgement that comes with twenty years on systems that cannot afford a hallucination. Every line of code, every architectural decision, every recommendation has a human name attached to it.
